I would consult with your attorney to see if:1. having in one name only is better protection for the houses that are in the other names. 2. if in both names limits the ability to attach 100% of that property if only one spouse is sued.

Hello Katie,We recently updated our Zillow, unlisted, but attached the property to our names and updated the square foot and home features. 

The laundry I would move to the attached garage for a larger laundry or use the left over space from the room. 

Background: I own a house with a studio on it that isn’t attached to the house. 

Just curious, since I will be in a similar situation soon (renting our main house out that has an attached ADU), how private is the main living space from the ADU?
