2/1 1100 sq ft. Add room and move laundry to garage?

I am closing on a 1100 sq ft 2 rooms 1 bathroom home in about a week and I was wondering if adding a room instead of having a large nice laundry room would add more value. The laundry I would move to the attached garage for a larger laundry or use the left over space from the room. 

I’ve never added a room to a flip so I’m looking for some thoughts on it.
