Some of our residents have agreed to assist us in taking photos/videos of the interior of their units to aid with virtual showings.Leasing typically begins to pickup in March/April, so we will see the full affects taking place in the next few weeks.I went under contract on a house prior to all of this and am still planning on moving forward.
