There is a guy called "Airbnb automated " on YouTube, if you check out his videos you will want to rent to him your place, he does a 4 year contracts with option to extend, he pays for anything under $100 that brakes, (not sure about this one) he will have a team of cleaning lady's and manager making sure its perfect every check in.
