Hello my name is Joe and I'm from NYC and I'm a RN and I've been listening to the BiggerPocket Podcast and youtube videos for at least a year. Hopefully I can use a house hack as my first real estate investment. I look forward to reading content and attending meet ups. My experience with real estate is ..... wait for it ZERO.  I know I will learn a lot and be able to contribute to the community in no time ( hopefully)
