I'd recommend booking a place soon if possible.There are very few oceanfront rentals in that price range, Kitty hawk is a good bet as many of the ocean front homes there are smaller.

It’s a very good loophole though, just use an accountant that is filing like this for others, I believe Brandon hall is the one who pioneered this and would be your best bet to go to with your situation.

I bet the Zillow application is pretty good as well but I have heard many good things about cozy and turbo tenant.
