I am thinking about investing in Real Estate a LOT and I am studying the business by listening to all of the podcasts, reading all of the books out there, analyzing at least one deal a day by trying to figure out numbers.

I've "coached" people on how to repair their credit on several occasions (I'm not an expert -- I just go by common sense and what I've read), and I've had several people I know go through credit counseling. 

Listen to the podcasts, read the forums, learn the niches and start figuring out which niche fits your strengths.  

Do you have any tips for a low capital house flipper ?

You can read reviews, see their rating, read their replies back to reviews etc. its a helpful app/tool. 

I have been reading all I could find on BP regarding turnkey properties.  

One investor, after reading my business plan, told me to start small and build my reputation around Rochester area then go bigger. 

I plan to do a lot of reading, watching training videos, listening to audio books, and talking with people to educate myself.

I feel that this was a valuable first experience and since then have been increasing my education by reading books and listening to the podcasts.
