Redid the bathrooms to include 1 piece toilets, quartz counters, LED mirrors, rain shower heads in both bathrooms, body sprayers in the master bath.Given the area of Del Cerro, we used high end finishes throughout.

Read quite a bit too and feel a lot better now and believe I want to jump in the real estate wholesale niche to begin with and then gradually based on the experience & the type of deals I obtain, transition into fix & flip.But before I do that, I am a guy who likes to be prepared, have a strong business plan in place, processes in place, growth processes, manuals ready on what needs to be done and how etc etc...I would like to find out about what are the different software's out there which you pro's are using?
