Can anyone please recommend good property management software?

In other words, there have been a lot of expenses associated with the typical process of buying a property (mileage, legal fees for LLC formation, property management software, etc.). 

I'm thinking also the possibility of leaks in the roof or walls from rain.

Read quite a bit too and feel a lot better now and believe I want to jump in the real estate wholesale niche to begin with and then gradually based on the experience & the type of deals I obtain, transition into fix & flip.But before I do that, I am a guy who likes to be prepared, have a strong business plan in place, processes in place, growth processes, manuals ready on what needs to be done and how etc etc...I would like to find out about what are the different software's out there which you pro's are using?

This might sound a little crazy but I actually liked my landlord software so much that I ended up applying for a job with them.
