Veteran here and have used this clause before during a PCS.https://codes.findlaw.com/tx/p...TLDR :  if the orders are legit, PM for further info if needed for ensuring the legitimacy of orders, then the last day of the following month after official notification they are released from the lease, minus damages.

He could set you up on email notifications for new multi-families and could give you access to the MLS listings.
