Yes, thanks Lance, already done that as I have to pay more tax on reporting all future interests and wonder what happens if buyer backs out.Buyer bought under LLC, which I searched may be inactive. 

It appears to me that the USMC will grow to about 195k by 2025 so I would say the Jacksonville market is looking pretty stable for the foreseeable future.
