Search engines love Wordpress, and its great for loading videos of your properties that you have.Thats my 2 cents on this..

It works like a charm.Another one is to do a quick video of some of the homes for sale in your market and post it on some of the major video sites.Just about a month ago I picked up a buyer who is buying up over 2 million in real estate over the next couple months....I have had some of my videos grab top placement on the 1st SERP's within 2 hours for awesome keywords.Kill'em and grill'emEric

I'm a newbie and watched a few videos on YouTUBE where the gurus recommended starting off around 11%-21% and then incrementally building up.  

I have project management and technical skills in the IT industry and audio video industry.

I've read tons of books and watched a lot of training videos but I learn better by doing the critical day to day tasks for success.

(Luckily she sold just before The Meltdown.)I have taken many steps recently to enhance my adult life such as getting on a budgeted meal plan, not wasting time on video games and Netflix and simply waking up early for a good start to the day.
