Hello beautiful people. Just wanted to say what a great place this is for information and resource. I've been listening, reading and learning for a few weeks now and finally have the courage to say "hey". Me and wife are looking to have our first baby in a couple months and we're looking for a more secure future. Working for the man for 16 years did nothing but get me laid off. While positioning myself for my next j.o.b., I'm to real estate for financial independence, security, and future wealth. While I'm still unsure of my niche and strategy, I'm looking into passive income options. I have project management and technical skills in the IT industry and audio video industry. Looking forward to working with some cool folks.
