I have seen places in terrible locations get great returns because in managing it they knew how and where to market it. 

Yes -plenty of software, but getting good people who know what they are doing is another thing..

I don't think they'll make good wholesalers.I know 1 that works at Starbucks now, another started a house cleaning business. 

I know Philadelphia already has a wholesalers license but I haven't seen anywhere else in the state that does.
