I don't see where you say how big this is, so lets just guess at about $3000 for interior and exterior paint, $2000 for carpet or floor refinishing, and $2000 for small items - all the broken things we've lived with so long we just don't notice, but that buyers and agents will ruthlessly point out.

Grey does not sound like a popular color, but if you look up popular colors with renters it actually stands out or at least the right shade does to make the interior stand out against other apartments that are doing white or beige interiors

This is a very well kept up home.The bedroom carpet is in great condition and looks high quality, and all of the decorations match (but it's a bit dated in color---Mauve),If you decide to replace the carpet  with LVP, you might want to try to coordinate with the door color (warm tone) but since the rooms are smaller go with a non shiny finish to push the floor down in the viewers eyes vs lift it up.That house interior is Nice!
