Just noticed that Set for Life, which I bought for College Son in both Kindle and Audible when it came out (and was NOT WhisperSynced at that time), is now WhisperSync-set. 

I'm guessing a little here, but I'd assume that as an out-of-state investor, she bought in TN because of cheaper houses and better cashflow. 

And yes, fein should suffice, i remember there was an individual service offered by www.mynewcompany.com or .net but seemed like they changed name or bought out, the logo is still the same so not sure if services changed.

I bought it 3 years ago. 

After my first condo purchase/rental, my appetite for RE Investments has grown considerably.  6months ago I bought my first 3 family from a rehab/flip someone else did as a buy/hold for myself.  

My husband and I bought our first out of state rental property last year without using a Turnkey provider.

My wife and I recently bought a large (3,000sf), unoccupied two family in northern Massachusetts.

I know of other investors who had bought in the Florida market and had a good experience with this provider.  

It used to be that Loopnet was a semi-good resource for companies to search for their own space but ever since CoStar bought Loopnet that has declined sharply (loopnet now charges substantial fees to list properties so their inventory has dropped off a cliff). 

Bought the place I was looking at with a tenant in place.
