Plus I doubt 1 out of 100 who try this game make it more than one year... and I think most if they really want financial freedom and all the BS about not working for a company and the freedom blah blah balh that RE brings.. if they just went into this as establishing a RE business that is sustainable they may actually make it more than 12 months.Any way I have to go and fund some more wholesale deals talk later  :)
