I have read that you can contact  the nearest hospitals  and offer services, so how is this done successfully out if state and what are other means for the example staffing agencies. 

Are you trying to buy the property from the owner and pay off the property taxes, or is it going to tax foreclosure?

And the land flipping was doing well there too but that has slowed quite a bit recently.I'm just a believer that no matter how the market goes there has always been some new strategy to follow to where the numbers just make sense. 

If the buyer wants the seller to take payments on the other $300k after paying off the $50k then it’s seller financing.

(We individual investors or Long term Lenders can't borrow at that rate) Mortgage rates typically follow the 10 yr Treasury yield. 

Given the costs and the age of the existing unit, would you recommend servicing it or going for a new installation?

Investment Info:Other buy & hold investment in Pacific Grove.Completed a 1031 exchange into a retail/office building, then converted the second floor into a short-term rental (STR) and mid-term residential unit.

Sadly, it’s sat on the market too long and I’m looking to get creative with bringing the attention of many buyers looking for a good deal on a property (online auction or something else with tons of attention??)

We are working out how to fairly distribute the cash flow so everyone is compensated.
