I say it's actually easier to get good financing when you're buying a large 100 unit plus Multifamuly complex, but that's another story.But as to the specific remark on more work, the following.I strongly suggest you carefully select a Professional Management Company to help you with a lot of the due diligence.

Terminate the contract if done individually with one or both agents and select one to use with the LLC.I'm guessing each of you acted without knowing what the other was doing, that causes a real mess. :)

That, or you undervalued the property by such a wide margin that the buyer is ok with whatever happens. :)I get the contract into escrow and see a title prelim before I do anything else.
