I'm also on the west side (Orono area) and in the IT space, if you ever want to catch up.  

So basically, he asked my help in finding out who owned it because he's getting these postcards and mentioned that his mother used to live in west Philadelphia and that she may have left it to him.Nevertheless, I looked it up after ending the call and well, he is most definitely not the owner. 

Also you buy more house going west like Plantation, Sunrise, Davie, Coral Spings etc.. than living east.  

Kihei is a great area and starting from those 3 Kamaole beaches, it's just amazing how many great beaches stretch that South Maui coast!

For example in Orlando we have lower income areas  in the West side that are typically considered higher risk, but give high returns.

@Anja Wehrmann  However to prempt the west coast marketing folks we all know that there is no cash flow in CA..and many of these folks only buy turn key out of state of course they also only sell turn key for certain companies   LOL

I avoid and would not invest in West Baltimore now or ever.
