Best to get one from the secretary of state of you State, that’s exactly the same place the web company will be forced to buy it for you.

Get your reputation sunk by something like this, and you may have to find elsewhere to do your business.

Hello Everyone I recently just started my business In real estate Investing and I have mainly done deals through MLS but I know Im missing a ton of deals using only the MLS as my only way of getting leads I dont have a huge budget and Im wondering what should be the first thing for my company to get motivated seller leads coming in and finding buyers should I get a web site first?

There was mildew in bathroom ceiling, dust webs in all corners, laminate floor was filthy, dog food caked on side of washer dryer, dirty window seals, things left in the cupords etc.. ie Was not move in ready.55 nails holes left in the wall.
