Hey I want to find a real estate investing course that has integrity, that has successful students, that still works in today's market, and that deals with outsourcing so I don't have to do it all myself. I know it sounds like I want everything!! But Does anyone know a course that fits this description? I have heard from multiple sources that Blake Templeton is really honest and is a really successful investor... He has the 6WeekVirtualInvestorDOTcom system. Any thoughts...
