A huge way I have found some good buyers, connections and even some private lenders is via a web site called "my house deals . com" They have a paid section but I have sat down before and sent emails to all of their cash buyers and had a good response and they have phone numbers too so you can always start to call and connect.

The lender put her through the rigorous application process and suddenly the loan officer is telling her that he JUST discovered that the guidelines require her to put 15% down instead of the 5%.I'm pretty sure that's false, but I want an official reference (on the web) to show him it's false (unless it's not).
