I think it could go up to 300K but maybe not much higher.There is one other similar new construction house in the area which sold for 350K but had a full basement and attached garage, which my design does not have.

@Ryan L.Nice to see Paterson is making an attempt to have a secure updated community for 55+.After looking at the web site I bought this up and it was immediately turned down.

From my limited experience and from others that I've talked to, the NE seems to offer some of the best returns as the houses are a little cheaper, they often have suites already in place (and if built before 1972 might be grandfathered) or designed to make a suite easy to put in.

I'm planning on forming a building and design company and am contemplating on which direction to go in for name of company and branding. 

Provide excellent property, elegant design, quality service, cleaner than their own home. 

However service based businesses, by design, will never be able to move online and will continue to draw traffic to these centers.

My dad and I as of December 2018 have remodeled 90% of our house, including a full bathroom and full kitchen (with the brilliant designing of my wife Stephanie!!)

If you are building them right (cost and design), you should be able to get 20% equity upon appraisal and closing.
