Hi all - My name is Ed Maione and I live in Franklin, MA, a town about 40 minutes west of Boston. 24 years old, University of Rhode Island graduate (Entrepreneurial Management), recently married, first time home owner in 2017. I grew up in a construction and remodeling family and spent my teenage and young adult working career in the family business. My dad and I as of December 2018 have remodeled 90% of our house, including a full bathroom and full kitchen (with the brilliant designing of my wife Stephanie!!) Like most people have always seen the connection between wealth and real estate, and thanks to the work of @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner, only a few Google searches into my research I found myself on BP and didn't need to look any further. I've been corrupted by their guidance and have gotten more pleasure from the equity we've built into property than the fact that we've built a beautiful home! I'm at the point where experience is the only way to push my education to the next level. Looking forward to the opportunities and experiences that real estate and networking will afford my family and I. We have lofty goals for 2019 and hope to meet and grow with as many members of the BP community as possible - onward and upward!!
