I was never interesting in wholesaling until I watched a youtube video and realized how simple it may be.Feel free to break it down, I'm passionate about making money in real estate and having it as my career and I am young!

Video from the beach I think is kinda cheezy but all real estate training must feature a palm tree on a beach :). 

What format will that look like?  

This video is a week old, we are painting the interior/exterior now and should be wrapped up by next week.

We're about to start using Screen-O-Matic to start video recording all of the basic tasks that we do.

Having no water in your pipes at that point would be of great benefit to avoid a mess.As for coverages, the Special Form format typically includes coverage for Water Damage, BUT you will usually need to be able to show that you have endeavored to keep the heat on (via utility bills, etc.) or have fully drained the system.

This guy is awesome and has tons of videos on youtube about insulating and air sealing and building science in general.
