Twenty-one days does not seem like a reasonable time-frame.

I just want people to know that the only reason all of my valuables were still in my home after I was robbed was because I had a double cylinder lock on my front door the thieves gathered all of my belongings up but they couldn't exit the front door as they expected.

The buyer insisted that I pay $13,000 above the price we sold it to her at, at which point we shut down all communication as we always strive to do what's fair, but also needs to be reasonable.

Snow removal and de icing, require or offer tenant insurance, document applicant refusals or evictions and reasons, require and monitor fire and carbon monoxide alarms, no trespassing signs, tenants only, no subletting, etc etc.  

This is true in many markets that are not solely destination locations that would perform well as STRs year around. 

Take a look at the initial email invite sent out by Rob and tell me if you’d also expect him to at least reveal the Step by step on how to do the one call close as payback for sitting in on his webinar.Am I making a big deal out of nothing, or does this seem like a reasonable expectation based upon his webinar invite?

@Ricardo A Guerra While @Sean O'Keefe and @Nate Meeker make an excellent point, that the location of your tax accountant is not nearly as crucial as their experience, location is still a factor for a host of reasons.

And for those who don't do this, what are your reasons or concerns about doing so?
