Amazon has decided to build their Fulfillment Center, just outside of the city, that will bring in additional 1,500 full time jobs into the market by Fall of 2019.

One is a Tech Center and the other is a high rise building and the plans mirroring another already existing building. 

Brand new retail centers, newer and strong school districts.
