I've tried to make myself useful...
Hello... So I've listened to hundreds of hours of podcast and read 20ish books about Real Estate (in the past 2 years) and I decided to make a move because knowledge without action is somewhat pointless. I did what many people have suggested and I've made myself useful. For 2 weeks now I have worked for a Investor for free. I've been making calls, visiting with property owners, taking pictures, updating his system (FreedomSoft). I have hundreds of his leads in the system some of which have been skipped traced and some are leads that he's just been following up with. I want to be sure that I'm doing the right thing here, which is dialing my fingers off with the hope of making a deal. Am I on the right track?
