I'm sure this topic has been covered but the only posts I can find close to this topic are several years old and given the changes in lending over the years, I am asking again.

@david @David Brent thanks David, I do googled this topic before posting here as u said there is no clear answer even on those articles. but now i'm getting little bit of sense on this topic. anyway for CRE prices are in direct relation with NOI so debt will be considered as second part i Guess that still kind of have Impact and No impact on Property Values based on supply and Demand and future Economic factors not just the Interest rates

I have gotten the book on the topic by David Greene and have been reading and have watched some podcasts on the topic so far and it would really interest me to meet investors local to my community who have successfully done these deals and know exactly what goes into them first hand. 

I was actually watching your video on this topic earlier today, which is what got me thinking about this.
