Investing in Connecticut

Kathy-Ann M.
Posted

Hello, I live in NYC and I am currently looking for my first investment property.  I am interested in Connecticut because it's a much cheaper market.  What are the best areas for good positive cash flow?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@Keri Mallozzi Thank you for the mention!

@Kathy-Ann M. Any reason CT in particular? If you are not local to CT, but do not want to invest where you live since the #s don't make sense, are you open to any market where the numbers do make sense? In my opinion the most successful investors invest where they get the best returns regardless how close they physically are to the market. That is exactly the strategy I've followed and built our business on is investing in areas that maximize cash flow, ROI & Appreciation. I would highly consider looking into FL, KCMO, Indy, etc. Just my suggestion. Let me know if you have questions I can answer for you.
