Meet ups in Bucks County PA, Networking, BRRRR Strategy

Hi everyone, my name is Colin Roberts and I was looking to see if anyone knew of any real estate meet ups coming up in the future in the Bucks County Area close to Levittown PA? I also wanted to let people know that I am looking to network a ton moving forward and meet new people. I am early on in my investing career and have been getting some experience through the properties I currently have now but I am always looking to be better at what I do and would like to be around people who share the same goals. I acquired my properties conventionally and have noticed how much money I have left in those deals so far which I guess is the mistakes someone just starting out makes. However I am extremely committed to this and would like to move into mastering the BRRRR method and learning that portion of real estate investing. I have gotten the book on the topic by David Greene and have been reading and have watched some podcasts on the topic so far and it would really interest me to meet investors local to my community who have successfully done these deals and know exactly what goes into them first hand. I also like the idea of using hard money or private lenders to fund these deals so if anyone knows of anyone who deals with investors in the area I would appreciate that as well.Thank you
