Hi @Melissa T., we are using RentRedi for 14 units and have achieved just under 100% adoption of its use.  

If you have a verbal agreement yet a written lease the lease is what I would expect to hold up in court so make sure you are willing to rent a year in case they do t leave.  

Dot your I's and cross your T's to avoid any issues.

When things get more complex, I use T-Value.

But they will wash one t-shirt at a time.

Make sure you read that contract and understand the terms you are committing too.

Perhaps I will explore other ways to increase income that requires less of a time/money commitment.
