The North Node is what is often considered the aim or direction in Life we have individually and collectively.

I only have around 30-50k in cash that I'm willing to part with so the total price I'm aiming for is 100-200k.

I aim for neighborhoods that show a lot of appreciation potential as well as room for cash flow.

Does anyone has any thoughts about what potential pitfalls I should be aware of, yields I should be aiming for and/or any contacts in Westchester area (preferably lower Westchester like White Plains/Rye). 

I dont own a primary - Talked to Wells Fargo a few months ago - Goals are just to cashflow and build a portfolio to supplement income and retire early 

I am attracted to the control and security afforded by notes but also like the idea of syndications and participating in larger multifamily deals which is something that I aim to do on a smaller scale (but a little weary of increased risk and lack of control.) 

I was aiming for bullet points when I asked the group here.If it doesn't work out there is provision for removal within 14 days written notice or 5 days correction for complaints etc.

I aim to make roughly $60,000 in a given year counting my commissions.
