Photocopying currency as a receipt matter is a violation of counterfeiting laws under Treasury regulations, only law enforcement and government agencies in special situations may photocopy currency.

Individual states have their own rules/laws/regulations and filing requirements/minute recordings/corporate meetings on the state level should be investigated prior to forming an entity.

Other locales may have stricter codes and regulations.

Don't be afraid to be strict about not getting yourself into a corner, for example if they ask you to come down to the basement or whatever.
