Exterior Paint/ Renovation Suggestions

Hi! I'm buying a 4 unit apartment and will likely need to paint the outside due to chipping paint and FHA regulations for houses pre 1976 (or 1978 I'm not sure). I was thinking a lighter gray with white shutters and front awning rails. Any other ideas?

I would post a pic of the house but I can’t figure out how haha!

I think Grey and White look good on an exterior.
