One of best ways in the short term would be to connect with a Registered Real estate agent who shares your goals and  would be willing to search the MLS on your behalf.

Landlords needs to stick together and share experiences for the benefit of all.

The best part is, you are able to share all of your content in other REI pages which usualy already have a following of a few hundred. #2 Set up a website.

Make the application fee non-refundable under any circumstances.I recommend an "elevator pitch" where you can quickly share your basic rental criteria within a few seconds.
