Absentee Owner list free for Realtors?

Hi,

I am a new Realtor, is it true that I have access through the MLS (Bakersfield) to obtain an absentee owner list for free? I have heard this on YouTube and read it online on a few sites. I am aware that the MLS is setup different for each county/state, but if you do have access to this list through the MLS can you let me know the link or site that you click through the MLS you have access to? Just to see if its a common link. Before I purchase this list through Melissa Data I want to make sure this isn't something I have access to for free.

Thank you

Hi @Anisha Knox I am part of the CRMLS and we just got Remine which is a tool that can help search for owner occupied, high equity, absentee, etc. Not sure if every MLS has it yet or not but you should double check.
