She could put down the hoa who's threateng her with the proceedings and once filed it stops all liens foreclosure repossesions, EVERY ACTIONS CREDITORS USE TO TAKE BACK PROPERTY IS STOPPED dead in its tracks right then and there for at least the time  being.
