So you would just have to reach out to the foreclosure attorney to get things started and then get a title report to ensure no senior liens and you'd have a chance to buy the property before the auction?

I have several investment properties (vacation rentals- cashflow) and own my own company in the Senior Living Industry (although I prefer real estate investing by far!).

Hint: There is one in Puerto Rico @ Caribbean (and the Island of PR is part of the US, yes dollars and no passport required for US citizens), "El Yunke National Park" in Puerto Rico, the largest rain forest in North America!  

For better or worse, the uniformity clause found in the state constitution restricts how Pennsylvania and its political subdivision can tax the citizens.
