That would probably be the best way to go for the purposes you described.Personally, I don't see the point of getting a license if you're only buying and selling your own properties.

cash sales are low because investors do not see the opportunity to buy in your area The buying of foreclosures has slowed and there is little turn around on properties The good news that if you are a cash buyer you might be better able to pick your spot on a good deal

Hi all Bigger Pockets friends,I'm looking into some deals in Edgewater Park, New Jersey, and I would like to see the sale history of a property.

Notice the plural on offers.What I'd like to do is go tour it so that I can see the condition and finish analyzing the deal, but I don't really want to ask if I can arrange a tour if there's no hope.  

It's a choose and cut Christmas tree farm, and we have 1,000+ families here every year who will see the tiny house.
