@Brian Zaug airline stocks are a good play and some oil companies are a better play since the assets that back them are better then the airlines

Not sure if this will play out more regionally or nationwide.

I love playing my part to provide a good home for others and I know many others do to.

We tried to hang on and move with it, but in the end losing 10K in DD money was the better play for us.

But given the world right now, this variable plays into my question.The second is a five plex which i have until Friday April 3 to cancel due to finance clause, if I wanted to. 

I think there will be a lot of tenants that confuse "not being evicted" with "not having to pay rent".If you have a tenant playing games, then make sure all the notices required in your jurisdiction are posted correctly so things can proceed when able/allowed.We've had two tenants pay rent today.

Maybe eventually a while down the road the property would cash flow with continuous raised rents, but for the most part it's a negative cash flow play.

We’ve been listening to a ton of Podcast, listening to Real Estate books, playing around with figuring out MAO’s, and sleeping and eating Real Estate.  

He just played more lottery tickets than most people.

However, we are trying to decide if we should wait to see how this virus thing plays out.
