If a monthly payment is "higher" because of a lower am, that's not really a cost the way a higher rate would be.If I were to 'break even' some month, I'd still make $50k due to principle reduction.

a 30 year loan on $84,750  at 5% interest has a principle and interest payment of $455.00 a month.

Obviously the principle and interest will be determined by your lender and taxes can be found online through the county property appraiser but what is the most effective and accurate way of estimating the insurance without having to call about each property you are simply analyzing quickly to determine if it's even worth considering?

They work because the principle of keeping your max loan to the after repair value below 75% because that ltv affords you options to either sell or get into a different loan vehicle for a long term hold.

You pay the principle more in 15YFRM.If you pay with 30YFRM, you pay more to the lender, that's why the lender doesn't like if borrower use 15YFRM product LOL.

When calculating return on equity do you account for the increase in equity, amount of principle that is being paid down into the calculation?
