Networking is always a great practice and you never know who you might meet there and what good information they have to share.

I actually like this area but I’m sure others will charm in with their expertise. 

I thought you guys might be able to save me a little time (and have some expertise) on the areas to purchase a home to occupy and areas to stay away from in Tennessee and Georgia.   

Back then, I was practicing my analyzing skills and I kept getting positive cash flow numbers on that particular property, however as a newbie trusting my math made me nervous.

I made it a goal for myself each day to practice running numbers in order to finally take action on deal analysis. 

This is a long shot, but there's a small community outside of Asheville NC called Spruce Pine or Linville that I would love some expertise on.

I have been taking classes to grow my knowledge in starting a business and am partially familiar with the different structures, but now I am feeling very compelled to begin to put it into practice.

As noted by most, the market lacks inventory, practically, in every city within the States.

Learning to message this well is part of the art of structuring real estate development buy-side projects and takes some practice.
