@Mounish Thatikonda, while I can't speak in too much detail about the financing side, I will note that I have never built a house, but had talked to lenders in the past, and they were willing to finance a new construction house for me with full personal guarantee and a reputable builder contracted to manage the construction.  

Are you saying that for one year after a property owner has lost a home in a tax-deed sale, they can still get it back from the person who bought it at auction if they pay off all fees related to the property?

It's only for the lazy and unorganized person.

I am a self employed person and don't have W2 to qualify for conventional or FHA financing. 

Is it normal to have private money funds get wired to individuals business or personal account since he already has possession of the property? 

This was an off-market deal that my wife found through her personal network.

I don't ask for SSN and also personally have never provided/been pressured to provide them myself when I used to rent, and honestly don't want to open up liability for having to keep someone's SSN either.

Personally, I feel you should start off with understanding what actual reality is.

We are taking a loan out on the LLC with one of us as a personal guarantor; from my understanding, this is a commercial loan.
