I imagined this place is for people to share knowledge and connect and that is what I attempted to do so. 

Also, cross check the owner of record to make sure they are who they say they are (many people do give a friends number and say they're the landlord)  That's why it's so important to check

I did come across that one along with a few others, just wanted to see what else is out there that has proven to be a success for other people. 

Many people have tried this ploy before to SPAM the site and have failed as you have.Please don't be manipulative.

You should definitely consider hitting up people and try and get off market property.

If people refer you to someone be sure to check those references because it may be their second or third best option.

Anything is possible, but most of the time people are looking for seller finance, it's because they don't have enough money for a downpayment.
