Anyone have any tips on any zip codes outside of downtown, in either Lancaster city or county or any surrounding areas that are good for flips or brrr’s? looking for gross margin on flips, Brrr’s, price point pretty irrelevant.

    Philly is great for investing as its growing in the rental space. a lot of multifamily opportunity as well. When investing into real estate its best to go where jobs are. GC's can be acquired anywhere and much easier in bigger cities.
