I can be a little patient in terms of getting my money out of this property and I thought that this could potentially help in getting my foot in the door of the note world.

I just like the idea of keeping a lot of options open in case it does make sense to sell in the near future.Thanks @Greg Moss - It is definitely hard to find good deals in this area but I think it can certainly be done if you are patient; I am personally just not a fan of the B/C neighborhoods and feel like there is more risk there.

Prices are still manageable to allow for good investments - having to be a little patient to find the REALLY GOOD ones.
