Hello all! I'm a retired military veteran and newbie to Real Estate Investing; seeking proven tips/techniques/systems, legit course suggestions, and networking opportunities. I've spent hundreds on various courses promising results and no closer to a deal today than I was two years ago! Any assistance/advice would be greatly appreciated! I look forward to chatting with you all.

Hey @Dwayne Powell!! Welcome to BP!  This is a great FREE source of information....so many blogs/podcasts/helpful users!!

My suggestion is to talk with a lender/realtor to jump in and get started!!! I personally think buy/holds are a little safer investment - so would be a good way to start and learn the ropes. If you need any help finding your first deal - shoot me a PM and I'll be happy to give you a few that I think would be good rentals!
