I have spoke to the county clerks office numerous times and am starting to think i might be irritating them a bit :) I have been directed to the FTP site but the folders listed are confusing to say the least.

I have worked numerous real estate internships/jobs from a Leasing agent for nearly a year to an Internship in Real Estate Lending at a Large Bank.

@Alvaro RodriguezHouston has several suppliers and the range is .11- .17 KWH.

Watch out for switches on the "currrent invoices" write two party checks to suppliers if needed, get your lien waivers, and ask for proof they have paid the invoice.

A burning pile of rubble Europe and Asia, and being the only modernized supplier of everything, is what made USA. 

I recommend always purchasing the materials yourself, or paying for them separately / if the sub has materials included be sure to cut joint checks to suppliers + subs, prevent liens from suppliers if the subs don’t pay them.

It also posses another problem which is when you need to return product or material that is defective or damaged you are working with suppliers who have insanely high volumes and little relationship with the purchaser.
