Renovation: Kitchen & Bathroom Inventory checklist
Happy Monday to All!
My wife and I are planning to start work on a 2 family we just purchased this year, architect drawings to be complete and all. Reason for the post is we want to see if there is an existing inventory checklist out there for bathrooms, kitchens, and finishing a basement (we are new at this so just want to be proactive vs reactive in addition to budgeting as best as we can).
Work:
1) Adding net new full bathroom & 2 half bathrooms
2) Gutting old Kitchen and creating net new kitchen (Open concept, sink & DW in the island etc.)
3) Finishing the basement (about 800-850 sq ft of new living space)
Appreciate any and all responses!

@Moustafa Ahmed, an inventory list is challenging without knowing who is doing what and what their scope of work is.
If you have to provide everything, your plumbers will need all sorts of plumbing parts, for both supply lines and drainage. Typically, with my contractors, I provide all finish items, as well as any specialty items, i.e. shower valve for my trim kit. But if you are supplying all items: the inventory list will include drywall/cement board, screws, corner beads, mortar, tiles, grout, sealer, cabinets, appliances, countertops, electric boxes, ROMEX wiring, likely both 3 and 4 wire and in typically 16 gauge could vary. Switches, GFCIs, you may need new breakers for those circuits. Various lights, 3 toilets, three vanities, shower pan/tub, mirrors, etc.
What I recommend, if you are paying for materials, is to have the contractors give you a full list and of needs and order it all from HD or Lowes. Finishes can come from other places (my wife orders most lights from Amazon, for instance).
